This is an appeal from a judgment of dismissal in an action to recover damages resulting from the alleged wrongful inundation of the property of the plaintiffs, Mr. and Mrs. Bauer. They own real property located in the vicinity of a watercourse and storm drainage system controlled by the defendants in Ventura County.
