This is an appeal from the Juvenile Division of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis. Bethel B. White and Leona M. White, his wife, sought to adopt a oneyear old female child. The court, after a hearing, denied the petition and dismissed it without prejudice. From the decree dismissing the petition the petitioners have appealed.
