Appellee recovered a Jury verdict and Court judgment against appellant for $3,000 for loss by fire of a house and barn. On this appeal we consider two questions presented by appellant.

I. Appellant's Request For An Instructed Verdict. Appellant issued to appellee, as owner, an insurance policy, for an annual premium of $39. The premises and amount of insurance as stated in the policy were:

"On dwelling house No. 1....$2,000...
