Charles H. Jones, an employee of appellant, Tucker-Few Pontiac Co. (a partnership), while driving a car belonging to the company on Arkansas Street, Forrest City, Ark., at about 12:30 a. m., May 15, 1953, collided with a bulldozer parked on the north side of the street and received injuries from which he died shortly thereafter.
