On the night of June 29, 1952, appellant Wallace was employed by appellee as a night watchman at its lumber mill in Copiah County, Mississippi. Wallace claims that about 10:50 o'clock on that night, while about his duties, he fell from the steps used in connection with the dry kiln at that mill and injured his right ankle.
