Burke, the county sealer of weights and measures, laid an information before a justice of the peace charging defendant with having violated the provisions of the Solid Fuel Act of July 19, 1935, P. L. 1356, 76 PS §344, which provides in paragraph (1) that any person delivering any solid fuel in an amount exceeding 100 pounds shall have an accompanying weighmaster's certificate for the load.
