This is an action in tort by plaintiff, Ralph Syverson, to recover for personal injuries suffered May 21, 1953, while working on the farm of the defendant, Clifford H. Nelson, the injuries allegedly caused by the negligence of defendant-employer. Upon the completion of plaintiff's evidence, defendant moved for a directed verdict on the ground that there had been an assumption of the risk involved by the plaintiff and that this appeared conclusively...
