Claimant, widow of Valentine Kramer, filed a petition for workmen's compensation on behalf of herself and minor child for the death of her husband. The petition set forth that deceased died on April 28, 1952 as the result of injuries sustained on November 15, 1951 while operating a motorcycle in the course of his employment.
