In this original proceeding in mandamus petitioner, Amanda Gerwig, prays a peremptory writ requiring the defendant, the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company, a Corporation, "to reinstitute, maintain and operate reasonable bus service" within certain defined territory in West Virginia. The defendant filed a demurrer to the petition herein, and answered. The petitioner filed a demurrer to the answer. The case was submitted for decision upon these pleadings...
