This is an appeal from an order of the Baltimore City Court affirming an order of the Board of Municipal and Zoning Appeals (of Baltimore) which denied the appellant's application to use twenty garages owned by her for the storage of non-inflammable goods and materials (other than automobiles). The appellees are the City of Baltimore, the Building Inspection Engineer, who had originally denied the appellant's application...
