Defendant, S. H. Zimmerman, was convicted before the Burgess of the Borough of Nanty Glo for the violation of Borough Ordinance No. 102 which provided for the installation of parking meters on certain streets of the borough and made it an offense to park in front of a parking meter without first inserting a coin in the same.
