Joined as party plaintiff is Maryland Casualty Company, compensation insurer of the Caldwell Parish Police Jury, employer of plaintiff, Nichols, which seeks recovery of the total sum of $103.84, representing payment of compensation and medical expenses for Nichols benefit.
