WHITTLE, Justice.

Mrs. Edmonds, plaintiff, filed a motion for judgment against Mecklenburg Electric Cooperative, defendant, for damages which resulted from a sprain suffered by her when she allegedly "stepped or fell into a hole or excavation" left on her property.
