We have here for determination (1) the sufficiency of the evidence to carry the case to the jury, and (2) the adequacy and correctness of the charge.

The defendant assigns as error the failure of the court to sustain his motion for judgment of nonsuit made at the close of the State's case, the defendant offered no evidence, on the charge of assault with intent to commit rape; and also assigns as error a similar ruling of the Court on the charge...
