The question raised on this appeal is whether an order awarding allowances to certain attorneys in a suit in a state court is a conclusive adjudication of the validity and amount of the claims in a reorganization proceeding under Chapter X, Bankr.Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 501 et seq.
