This is a petitory action. The property, the title to which is in contest, consists of 9.68 acres located in the SW¼ of SE¼, Section 8, Township 1 North, Range 8 East, Franklin Parish, Louisiana. This tract is very irregular in shape and is outlined by an old winding, turning, serpentine fence.
