It is an appeal arising from a judgment adverse to the appellants-plaintiffs in proceedings supplemental to execution pursuant to Acts 1881 (Spec. Sess.), ch. 38, § 562, p. 240; 1937, ch. 84, § 1, p. 440, being § 2-4401, Burns' 1946 Replacement.
