A decree was rendered in the circuit court of Cook county on an amended intervening petition filed by William Lorimer and others on January 12, 1932. The suit in which the intervening petition was filed was started June 18, 1914 to wind up the affairs of the La Salle Street Trust and Savings Bank, an Illinois corporation.
