The appellant was tried and convicted on lottery and bookmaking charges and was sentenced to fines aggregating $1100, and costs, and imprisonment for a year. He appeals. The principal question at issue is the validity of his arrest, since the legality of the search of his person which produced the evidence upon which he was convicted...
