This action arises from an automobile collision which occurred on U. S. Route No. 2 in Costigan, Maine, on the afternoon of May 24, 1952. It is admitted that plaintiff's intestate, Oliver F. Moores, received injuries in said collision from which he died without conscious suffering. Stephen M. Riley, the duly qualified administrator of the estate of Oliver F. Moores, has brought this action for damages under sections 9 and 10 of Chap. 152...
