This appeal comes to this court on questions of law from a judgment entered for the plaintiff on the verdict of a jury. The action as originally filed was one in tort, or negligence, between the plaintiff and the defendant Kenneth Waldruff. Upon trial, the plaintiff was awarded a judgment in the sum of $3,000. The judgment not having been satisfied by the defendant Waldruff, the plaintiff filed a supplemental petition making the Farm Bureau Mutual Automobile...
