Defendant stands before us charged with the crime of reckless driving, contrary to the Act of August 24, 1951, P. L. 1368, section 28, 75 PS § 481. He claims that he cannot be convicted for two reasons which he sets forth as follows:

1. Defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt; 2. there is no evidence as to whether defendant signaled for a turn and
