OPINION BY RHODES, P.J., July 21, 1955:

This appeal is from the refusal of the court below to grant plaintiff's motion for a new trial after a verdict in her favor.

Automobiles operated by Eli G. Mohler and William G. Groff collided on route 222 between Reading and Lancaster on April 28, 1952. Groff was killed in the collision. Mohler sustained minor direct physical injuries. At the time, Mohler was suffering from dementia praecox, a pre-existing mental condition...
