Plaintiff brought this suit for the recovery of damages in the nature of personal injuries allegedly resulting from negligence chargeable to defendant's insured, the Bossier Parish Police Jury. After trial there was judgment in favor of defendant, from which plaintiff has appealed. Defendant has answered the appeal praying that this court sustain its plea of prescription which, after trial thereon, was overruled...
