This is a suit for property and personal damages resulting from an automobile accident. The petitioners are Eddie R. Clements, who was driver of his car, and his wife, who was a passenger in the Clements' car. The defendants are Melvin R. Amerman, who owned a truck involved in the collision, and James Folse, an employee of Melvin R. Amerman, who was allegedly driving the truck at the time of the accident.
