This litigation arises from an automobile collision which occurred at approximately 12:30 a. m. on December 20, 1953. The plaintiffs, Milton Boudreaux and Vivian Boudreaux Theriot, his sister, allege in their petition that at the time they were passengers in a 1947 model Ford Two Door automobile owned by one Alton Boudreaux and being driven at the time by one Clarence Hebert with the consent and permission of the former.
