Plaintiff is a stockholder in the Nebraska-Iowa Packing Company. He alleged that he brought this action for himself and all other stockholders similarly situated. The Nebraska-Iowa Packing Company will hereinafter be called the Company. The action is against the Company, its officers and directors, and Wilson & Company, a corporation. Wilson & Company will hereinafter be called Wilson.
