PER CURIAM.

The defendant was charged in a county attorney's information with the crime of uttering a forged instrument, contrary to the provisions of Section 718.2, 1954 Code, I.C.A. He entered a plea of not guilty and on trial the defendant was found guilty. Thereafter he was sentenced to a term of ten years in the State Penitentiary at Fort Madison. He has appealed.
