The plaintiff brings this action in assumpsit seeking contribution for damages under the Uniform Contribution Among Tortfeasors Act of July 19, 1951, P. L. 1130, 12 PS § 2082. Defendant filed a preliminary objection in the nature of a demurrer in which he contends plaintiff fails to state a cause of action upon which relief can be granted.
