Robinson sued Krietenstein for damages resulting from an alleged breach of warranty of title to an automobile sold by Krietenstein to Robinson. There is a judgment for Robinson in the sum of $1,095.00 from which Krietenstein appeals. He complains of the overruling of his motion for a new trial which sets out 20 specifications of error. In the "Argument" section of his brief, however, he mentions only specifications...
