In this certiorari proceeding the superior court entered judgment annulling a municipal court order of modification of a previously rendered municipal court order. The order so annulled purported to modify a sentence (execution of which had been suspended in part) theretofore imposed on petitioner and to place him on, or prescribe additional or different terms of, probation.
