Plaintiffs, husband and wife, are seeking damages for injuries sustained as a result of a collision of plaintiffs' car, which was being driven by the wife and in which the husband was a passenger, with an automobile of one of the defendants, Taylor, following a previous collision involving the cars of the defendants, Taylor, Durbin and McDaniel.
