This action was brought by Tom and Pat Flaherty to recover from defendant Bank of Kimball the amount of twelve allegedly forged and altered checks and charged to their account. Plaintiffs had for many years prior to the commencement of this action maintained a checking account in the name of Flaherty Bros. with defendant bank. Four of these checks were made payable to Robert Jira and eight to Harold Harrington. Each of the checks drawn on the account...
