This case was commenced by a complaint to the attorney general alleging that the defendant, a licensed beer and liquor dealer, sold alcoholic beverages to minors. Notice of a hearing thereon was given to the defendant as provided by Section 5-0511, NDRC 1953 Suppl. A hearing was had on evidence taken before an Assistant Attorney General.
