The facts of this case have been fully stated in the opinion of Judge Dannehower heretofore filed. For our present purpose it is sufficient to say that the supervisors of Horsham Township, a township of the second class, by ordinance rezoned approximately 60 acres of land from "A" residential to "R" industrial. Several adjacent or nearby landowners, herein plaintiffs, filed a complaint in equity seeking to have the ordinance declared...
