This is an appeal from a judgment against defendants which enjoined them as the owners of a lot in a subdivision from violating certain use restrictions which the trial court found to be binding upon them as owners of such lot. The suit was brought by the owners of the adjacent lot. Both plaintiffs and defendants claimed under a common grantor. The restrictions declared and enforced stated as to all lots in the subdivision, that: "No noxious or offensive...
