By indictment the appellants were accused of murdering one William D. Cluff on December 6, 1953. Motions to set aside the indictment, and for change of venue, were denied, and on trial before a jury, the appellants were each found guilty of manslaughter. Motions for new trial and applications for probation were denied as to each defendant.
