This is an appeal from the judgment in a quiet title action involving a common boundary dispute. Judgment was in favor of plaintiffs, quieting their title to the disputed area and fixing the boundary according to a survey which their evidence showed was designed to follow the line of a previously existing fence between the properties, which fence was obliterated when the property was dredged for gold.
