This is a suit in which plaintiff claims compensation for alleged total and permanent disability against E. V. Murphy, the employer, and Combined Insurance Company of America, as insurer. After trial there was judgment in favor of plaintiff awarding compensation at the rate of $22.75 per week for a period of fifteen weeks, less credit for payments made, together with medical and hospital fees and expenses.
