In the Matter of Khelshek Corporation, Respondent, v. Louis Kheel, Appellant

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, First Department.

The law requires that the books of the corporation be maintained in the corporate office (Stock Corporation Law, § 10). Accordingly, the order is unanimously modified so as to provide that all of the books be kept in the office of the corporation with provision for access by the president and all others entitled thereto and, as so modified, affirmed, without costs.
