The decedent was a clerk in a retail supermarket. The board has found that, while the decedent was carrying a heavy case of milk into a walk-in icebox in the store, he fell and struck his abdomen. The evidence consisted chiefly of declarations by the decedent to his wife and others. He stated that he had hurt himself in a fall while in the icebox and he indicated that he had been hurt in the region of his abdomen. A fellow employee...
