Claimant had worked for the hospital employer as a laboratory porter for a period of four years. His disability from pulmonary tuberculosis is not disputed, nor is the fact that he contracted the disease during the period of his employment. The sole contention of appellants is that there is inadequate evidence of contact with tubercular patients or tubercular laboratory material. There is evidence in the record of at least three known and two suspected tubercular patients...
