Order of the County Court, Nassau County, modified, on the law, by striking therefrom the second, third, and fourth ordering paragraphs. As so modified, order affirmed, without costs, and without prejudice to the bringing of a proceeding or action wherein facts may be developed for a determination as to whether or not the board of education is withholding funds in which the judgment debtor or respondents have an interest.
