Claimant, who lived in Rochester, New York, was hired there as a truck driver. His work consisted of semiweekly trips between Boston, Massachusetts, and Cleveland, Ohio. The office from which claimant was supervised was located in Cleveland, Ohio. The main office of the company, from which claimant was paid, was located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
