Plaintiffs brought the action to foreclose two mortgages, one given on May 25, 1951, by Salvatore A. Pane and Louise L. Pane, his wife, to plaintiffs in the amount of $1,618, and another mortgage given by Salvatore A. Pane to plaintiffs on December 27, 1952, covering the same premises, in the amount of $750.
