This cause of action was filed in the District Court of Gregg County on June 7, 1947, by appellees against appellants to try title to numerous tracts and parcels of land located in the East Texas Oil Field, and for the value of certain oil runs from wells located thereon, as well as a house and lot in Dallas. Formerly the case was tried in the district court and appealed to this court. Our opinion is found in 251 S.W.2d 911
