BOLGER, J., Auditing Judge. — December 30, 1955.

The decedent died August 17, 1919. This trust arose under his will dated February 19, 1916, a copy of which is annexed.

The accountant was appointed substituted trustee by decree dated December 23, 1927.

The testator gave his residuary estate to his father, Isaac Wasserman...
