The action was brought to recover for personal injuries suffered by the plaintiff wife, when the automobile owned by her husband, which she was driving, collided with an automobile driven by the defendant's intestate. Both the defendant's intestate and the passenger in his automobile were killed in the collision. The collision was virtually head on, on a fifteen-foot macadam road. The plaintiff testified that she was driving on her own side of the road and that her last recollection...
