Albert J. McDonald is appealing from an adverse judgment rendered against him in this concursus proceeding.

After considering the issues raised on this appeal and carefully examining the record in this case, we find that the District Judge has stated all of the issues and correctly disposed of them in a well reasoned written opinion.
