This is a proceeding under the Workmen's Compensation Act, Sections 287.010-287.800 RSMo 1949, V.A.M.S. The appeal is by plaintiffs from a judgment of the circuit court affirming an award of the Industrial Commission which denied compensation to the employee, Sam P. Banks. The employer was the City of Hannibal. Subsequent to the entry of the award, and while said cause was pending on appeal to the circuit court, the employee died. Thereafter...
